The planned Google mega-campus will no doubt heat up the South Bay Area even more!
Recent reports suggest the complex, near Diridon Station, could be a large as eight million square feet and bring 15,000 employees. The campus would include office, research and development, and retail space and is sure to attract other commercial activity. Speakers at a recent Bisnow event suggested the next ten years will see tremendous impact downtown as will areas in Valley Fair / Santana Row, North San Jose and Milpitas. Read more:
