Brian Ganz has been a Bay Area resident for nearly 50 years. While attending Leland High School in San Jose, Brian became interested in design by painting homes and learning to custom mix colors. Over time, his talent and experience soon expanded to include interior and exterior design and ultimately construction project management.

In 1990 Brian launched his firm, formerly known as Ganz Special Projects, serving South Bay and East Bay clients with the highest quality home design, construction project management, and consulting services, building an extraordinary local network of contractors, highly skilled trades, and top-notch suppliers. His home design projects span everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to complete home renovations, specializing in open concept designs, tight space usage, indoor-outdoor living, and unique use of architectural embellishments to make every home special and unique.

Brian believes that creating a well-designed home is more than a construction project. Designed and executed with utmost attention to both aesthetic and functional details, a home design serves to bring family and friends together, provides a relaxing respite from the hustle-bustle of life, and serves as the stage for lifetime memories.

He also works with select property investors on choice property development projects, including teardowns and major additions.
